Customer Service Administrator

 Location: Nottingham

Salary: £17,500 Plus Monthly bonuses up to £200

Working: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm or 11am - 7pm

Our client are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to be based at their Head Office to deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, clients and head office staff alike.

  • Arrange appointments and book diaries for members of the Head Office teams
  • Provide administrative support to the Head Office teams
  • Follow up calls where necessary whilst managing customer expectations effectively
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Deal with all customer queries in a timely and professional manner
