Apprentice IT Support

Our client are currently looking for an Apprentice 1st Line Support here in Nottingham.

Hours of work: 9am - 5pm

You will gain experience in the below

  • Being 1st point of call for all inbound support calls
  • Updating and amending call/ fault logs
  • Adding new administrators to the system
  • User name/ password resets
  • System reboots
  • Remote access to analyse faults
  • On line system training
  • Some internal IT infrastructure support for display product
