Our client are currently looking for an Experienced 1st Line Support for their Head Office in Nottingham

Hours of work: Shift Pattern between 7:00am and 5:30pm

Salary: Dependant on Experience

  • Remote diagnosis and resolution of incidents and service requests across the Group
  • Escalation of Incidents to 2nd line when appropriate and communication across the division
  • Ensure all information of incident is recorded and captured on internal systems
  • Ensure all IT issues raised via various incoming channels
  • Responsible for the administration of network accounts for our firm colleagues¬†
  • Responsible for the setup of hardware for new employees
