Front of House Coordinator

Location: Central Birmingham 

Salary: £21,000

Our client are looking for a vibrant, confident Front of House Coordinator to support their Birmingham Office.


  • Deliver a brilliant welcome experience to all visitors ensuring they are given a great handover to their point of contact and work with the teams to know who to expect
  • Act as a concierge by managing all incoming and outbound post and deliveries
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of people engagement activities including team activities and social events that take place on site
  • Ensure the environment is safe and set up for the day by carrying out fire safety, power, heating, water supply checks and kitchen checks
  • Manage relationships with all our third party food and drink suppliers and carry out health and safety and quality checks on food
  • Manage vending machines including suppliers and stocks
  • Support all leaders to ensure that they are using the meeting rooms and break out areas to their full potential and facilitate any requests for bookings
  • Help keep the building in a clean and presentable manner to ensure it is a space we are proud of
  • Be approachable for a whole range of queries and be able to point people in the right direction to get the answers they need.
  • Support facilities to drive forward initiatives to make our environment better for our people
